"I am one who generally does all home improvements because I am hard to please. However, addressing the problems we had with our Spanish tile roof was beyond my ability. So I researched roofing contractors through HomeAdvisor and contracted with Quality Roofing. Tim was very likable and knowledgeable about addressing our problems which were many. The original installation was not done correctly and now after 2 weeks of reworking, replacing tiles and properly capping off the ridges and hips, I am confident we will no longer have a problem. And, the cost of materials and labor was less than other bids. Just one word of caution though, although I was extremely pleased with the roofing work done by Tim and his crew I was not pleased with the new gutter installation done by a subcontractor that Tim brought in. There were several locations that needed to be reworked to assure proper fit to the facias. However, I was very pleased that Tim addressed my concerns and made sure we had a proper fit."
